This year’s conference will bring together the essence of BASE’s annual conferences whilst highlighting best practice and innovation within Supported Employment internationally. The theme of ‘The Art of the Possible; Connecting the Dots’ builds on the supported employment community’s commitment to high‑quality supported employment, inclusive workplaces, and evidence‑informed practice.

With an expected 750 delegates per day and a vibrant evening awards celebration for up to 800 attendees, the event will offer unparalleled opportunities to learn, connect, and shape the future of supported employment.
