Supported Employment Adviser (Demo)

Demo role for front-end review. A candidate-facing advisory role supporting disabled job seekers into sustainable work.

Type: Full-time (12-month fixed term with potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible across Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (UK) with monthly travel to Birmingham (Remote (UK))
Focus: Employment Support
Package: £30,000 - £34,000 pro rata

About the role

You will support disabled job seekers through practical, person-led employment planning, employer liaison, and in-work follow-up. This demo role exists to preview the live careers experience on the BASE website.
